Sundblade Coconut Macaroons

Sundblade Coconut Macaroons
3 egg whites
1/2 bag sweetened coconut flakes
1.5 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c sugar
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
Whisk egg whites and salt. Mix in condensed milk and vanilla extract. Mix sugar in separate bowl with coconut flakes.  Fold wet and dry ingredients together, using wooden spoon.
Preheat oven to 325 Bake on cookie sheet or parchment paper for 18-23 minutes depending on oven and shelf placement. I rotated in between as to not burn too bad on top or bottom.
